The original owner loved puff sleeves so much, she added little pads in the puffs so they would keep their shape. You can remove them easily if you prefer. Tagged as a L, but more like a S/M by latest standards. Measures 38 around the bust before stretch, and it's 21 long. superb condition, freshly laundered. The pants are listed separately.(D1)
